    Job Description

    The Risk and Controls Head with be responsible for:

    • promoting risk culture in the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and process owners to discuss changes in risk landscape
    • drive periodic Integrated Risk Assessment for the market
    • conduct capability assessments regularly
    • engage with regional risk team and other stakeholders across the organization

    The Successful Applicant

    The successful Risk and Controls Head is/has:

    • strong commercial experience in FMCG
    • exposed to whole finance function and commercial operations
    • experience abroad is an advantage
