    • Primary responsibility to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function, including quality performance against SLA/KPI and fulfilling stakeholders expectations
    • Actively collaborates with other functional leaders to share best practices and key performance indicators
    • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
    • Identifies cost reduction opportunities by streamlining processes and systems (i.e., modification of responsibilities, elimination of non-value added processes)
    • Drives continuous improvement in overall services levels through monitoring of KPI
    • Understands and embraces the Corporate operations and strategic directions
    • Aids the recruitment, selection, orientation, training of buyers
    • Interacts with customers to assure needs are meet; informs customers of lead times, price changes and/or other changes.
    • Performs necessary follow-up between customers and vendors
    • Performs a variety of tasks as assigned
    • Add or request new vendor setup as required
