- Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
- Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.
- Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC
- Support execution of the Client Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
- Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoptionPROFILE MUST-HAVEs:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science
- 2 or more years of working experience in Salesforce with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus
- 2 or more years of information technology experience in a customer facing organization
- Working Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Data Architecture or similar)
- Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Have been working in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce Administration & Operations
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues
