    About You and the Role

    As a Deal Associate / Deal Officer, you will play a key role in supporting deal execution while gaining hands-on exposure to client management and transaction structuring.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, values teamwork, and is eager to build a long-term career in investment banking or related fields.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Support senior deal team members across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to transaction closing
    • Assist in financial analysis, modeling, and preparation of investment materials
    • Help develop client presentations, pitch decks, and transaction documentation
    • Work closely with the Coverage and Origination Group to support deal origination and client management activities
    • Conduct market, industry, and company research to support deal evaluation
    • Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate execution of deal requirements

    What Success Looks Like in This Role

    • Deliver accurate, well-structured financial analyses and presentation materials
    • Proactively support deal teams and contribute to smooth transaction execution
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and clients
    • Manage multiple workstreams effectively, even under tight deadlines

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • CFA designation or progress toward CFA is a plus

    Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience in investment banking or related fields
    • Prior exposure to client management and/or deal execution is preferred

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
    • High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong marketing and presentation capabilities
    • Ability and willingness to work extended hours when required
    • A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
