- Effectively manage the demand of customers through inventory and supply planning.
- Execute analytics efforts to support SCM functions for better and more sound decisions (i.e. Market Analysis, Spend and Vendor Analysis, Price Trends and Forecast, Forex Outlook, etc)
- Study, develop and/or improvement of standardized SCM processes for alignment across 1AP.
- Act as a change agent within the Company, to identify, lead, support and implement projects and change initiatives to best support company business needs
- Assisting in the monitoring of team performance, budget and development and execution of all trainings for the continuous improvement of SCM
- With Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management
