- Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage guest communications with professionalism and warmth.
- Remotely create reservations, check guests into the hotel, gather necessary guest information, process payments, and issue access codes.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to inquiries about the local area and swiftly address any guest complaints to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Manage front desk communications, including checking, replying to and forwarding emails.
- Reconcile daily reservations, payments, and commissions, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Proactively support all Front Desk and Hotel needs, minimizing the need for on-site assistance.
- Participate in additional Front Desk activities and projects as needed.
- Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the tracking of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Aid the management team in various administrative tasks to help drive the growth and expansion of the hotel to multiple locations.
