JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service Representative interacts directly with customers online, handling inquiries, follow-up calls, and complaints by processing and adjusting requests through the available online system modifications.

KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

CALL MANAGEMENT/ACCURACY1.1 Provide accurate and complete information to customers1.2 Maintain Service Levels and Quality Standards1.3 Collect detailed customer data for smooth request processing1.4 Resolve customer requests within Customer Service Management parameters2.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT2.1 Uphold telephone courtesy during online transactions2.2 Be responsive to all customer requests2.3 Guide transaction flow and optimize call duration2.4 Offer the best solutions to customer issues3.

TRAINING3.1 Participate in training sessions for skill improvement3.2 Attend briefings for updated informationREPORTING RELATIONSHIPReports to Team LeaderWORKING CONDITIONThe Customer Service Representative operates in a call center environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS.

Education & Experience:
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in any field. Must have at least 1 year of call center experience handling government accounts.
