- Management, Business/Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, and related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2-year experience in airline sales office operations (preferred)
- Knowledge in Reservations, Ticketing and Pricing (preferred)

- Competent in Group handling/sales.
- Handle group booking request (Ad Hoc, Series, Biddings, or Charters) from passengers, travel agents or corporate accounts within the agreed service level/turn-around time. Said request maybe received through email, phone calls, SMS, or group request online/web.
- Evaluate flight inventory and BCC/fare availability based on the passengers' itinerary
- Coordinate with Group & Charter Desk Manager/Supervisor, or Revenue Management on the group confirmation
- Coordinate and advise PR Offices/Districts/Travel Agents on the status of booking requests, ticket time limit, applicable fare/taxes and surcharges, deposit/full payment, and final passenger list requirement.
- Initiate the issuance of Group Transaction Agreement (GTA) and secure proper approvals/clearance.
- Initiate group booking cancellation if client fails to comply with the deadlines.
- Coordinate with the client on preferred payment options (e.g., Bank deposit, Credit Card, or AMOPs) and provide necessary PAL account details.
