    Job Responsibilities:
    Responsible on end to end AP to Disbursement Process using SAPB1 system (PO or non-PO)

    Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation, and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documentsChecking or matching procurement purchase orders, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reportsProcessing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/ online bank transferAssisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepanciesAssisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasingQualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course.
    Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
    Work experience via SAPB1 or any accounting system under AP is a plusWell-versed in general accounting principles, practices, and proceduresGood to excellent written and communication skillsWell-organized and detail-orientedKnowledgeable on Bank procedure and Philippine TaxationProficient in MS Office applicationsBusiness-relatedDon't miss this chance to become a part of our awesome Macrologic FamiliaApply now
