    JOB QUALIFICATION:

    • Oversee daily operations in the Sales and Marketing Team.
    • Create a strategic sales plan that will help the company expand customer's reach, and increase market share and profitability.
    • Manage accounts and ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals/quotas

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any computer/IT and/or Sales & marketing-related courses.
    • 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in an IT corporate setting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Outstanding leadership ability.
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

    SALARY RANGE:
    50,000-80,000


    WORK SCHEDULE:
    Mondays-Fridays | 8:30 am-7:00 pm


    WORK LOCATION:
    Binondo, Manila
