    Responsibilities:

    To facilitate sales for the segment in line with agreed sales volume targets in the assigned geographical territories. To generate market intelligence through research to determine opportunities and volume potentials.

    • achieve agreed sales budget per customer/overall in assigned sales territories
    • market research & analysis of data to identify volumes and sales opportunities
    • development of new customers in selected market
    • product management - coordination of technical & logistical customer support
    • customer account receivables management
    • new customers - acquisition for improvement of market position
    • market participants - market research for identification of potential customers
    • Implementation of new product pricing at customers/negotiation with customers/partners for sales contracts
    • Follow up on quality complaints/problems with customer and internally product management along with quality assurance department of segment production facility
    • new customers in key industry Gold & Copper, Nickel and Coal which have a demand for belt from G7 countries and Cement Plants from India
    • identifying changes in product and service requirements in relevant markets and implementation in coordination with segment

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is often required. Additional certifications or training in sales and industrial equipment may be advantageous.
    • 5 plus years of sales experience in the same or related field.
    • With experience working in the Mining sector.
    • Proven track record in industrial sales, preferably in the conveyor belt or related industries. Experience in selling to manufacturing, mining, or logistics sectors is beneficial.
    • Familiarity with the technical aspects of conveyor belt systems, including their construction, materials, and applications.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Proficiency in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals while meeting customer requirements.
    • Capability to conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
    • Leadership qualities to lead sales teams, set targets, and motivate team members to achieve sales objectives.
    • Capacity to identify challenges in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
    • Dedication to providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
