Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring that customers are able to achieve their desired outcomes
Drive customer adoption and growth by developing and implementing tailored success plans
Measure and report on customer success outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and working with customers to develop solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers have access to the resources and support they need to be successful
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Stay up-to-date on customer feedback and market trends, and use this information to improve the customer experience

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Experience with customer success management tools and processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Commercially minded, with a focus on driving customer value
Background in marketing and demand generation is a plus
You went to a top university and graduated well
