    Customer Support Advocates have a critical role in the award-winning Customer Support team. This role supports global customers 24/7/365, through voice, chat, email, SMS, and social channels. The right candidate will champion the interests of customers, ensuring that they receive high-quality and consistent service. This role represents our customer-obsessed culture.

    The main responsibilities of aCUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVOCATE include:

    . Provide an exceptional customer service experience with every interaction via phone, email, chat, SMS, or social media

    . Work closely with other teams including Technology, Product, and Site teams to ensure customer feedback is heard, and provide ideas for improvements

    . Demonstrate an excellent understanding of our customer base and ensure the tone of the company is in every interaction

    . Respond to all customer inquiries on time regarding order updates, and product requests, and resolve all issues

    . Demonstrate unparalleled product knowledge and offer exceptional style advice to customers

    . You go above and beyond to provide outstanding white glove customer service

    The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

    • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
    • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
    • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
    • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-Ibig, & Philhealth).
    • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
    • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
    • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Notes (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
