- Creates dashboards which contain a comprehensive report on the status of the Business Units' goals. Presentation of these may be done monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on the nature of the handled Business Unit. This helps the management be informed of their respective group's performance which enables them to track down goals and make sound decisions.
- Reviews and endorses reports made by the Corporate Planning Centers of Excellence Management Reporting and FBP Accounting to UCAD
- Makes forecasts and assists the Business Units in financial planning.
- Ensures that the business strategies of the Business Units are aligned with the bank's overall objectives
- Checks the Business Units' actual expense against the approved budget and identify the causes of variances.
- Assists in the earmarking of unbudgeted expenses through coordination of unutilized budgets from persons-in-charge of concerned Business Units. When there is no available unutilized budget, coordination of the necessary expense allocation is made with Corplan to ensure that negative variances are eliminated or avoided.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics
- At least 3 years of banking experience with at least 1 year of corporate planning or FPC-related functions
