- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and selection criteria.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
