- Analyses data or monitors reports for trends.
- Responds to internal/external inquiries.
- Aware of legislative/regulatory developments and assists in adjusting of processes.
- May perform audits of sales, quality, or operations areas.
- Bachelor's Degree and 3–4 years of Compliance Supervisor experience
- Good knowledge of rules and regulations governing the Philippine affiliates and applicable provisions of Solvency II framework.
- Good understanding of anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of the life insurance and mutual fund businesses, including products and internal administrative processes
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.

As a Compliance Supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of compliance programs across the company. These programs include those that promote ethical market conduct and compliance with industry, regulatory and statutory requirements, all according to Allianz PNB Life's global compliance framework, policies, and standards. Tasks include analysis, investigation, research, conducting training, compliance testing and review, report-writing and active participation in the continuous improvement of compliance programs.
