    LMS Admin Support Coordinator (Remote)

    About the Role

    • You'll support two small, aligned businesses by managing admin, coordinating digital systems (Zoho, Moodle, Microsoft 365), and helping turn training materials into modern online learning modules. This role is great for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate Zoho One tools (forms, CRM, surveys, bookings, etc.).
    • Support Moodle LMS setup and learner access.
    • Organize cloud files and maintain system structure.
    • Convert training content into interactive e-learning with AI tools.
    • Manage calendars, inboxes, and online session logistics.
    • Assist with RTO compliance tasks and document control.
    • Liaise professionally with clients, learners, and partners.

    About YOUR Work History

    • 2+ years in admin, operations, or systems (LMS) coordination.
    • Experience with cloud tools like Microsoft 365, CRM or LMS platforms.
    • Comfortable with documentation and communication.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with Zoho, Moodle, or automation tools like Zapier.
