    About this role:

    In this role you will assist branch employees in answering product queries for existing bank customers. You will also maintain a positive business relationship with all bank employees.

    In this role, you will:


    • Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost benefit and needs research of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Identify customer needs and deliver products that meet their needs and expectations
    • Identify leads and educate prospect customers through presentations and calls
    • Provide support to existing customers
    • Provide recommendations on products and services that best accommodate the customer
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
    • Interact with internal and external customers
    • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
    Required Qualifications:


    • 2+ years of experience interacting with people or customers, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
