- Experience in billing for an Australian client
- A solid understanding of Australian Telco billing and pricing processes and systems is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office

- Prior experience in disputing invoices and resolving complex service issues with customers
- Handle and analyze daily billing cases from both retail and wholesale customers
- Be accountable for monthly invoice analysis, validation, and approval of billing cycles
- Review carrier invoices and/or carrier claims data, identifying and promptly reporting any potential discrepancies in the files
- Generate periodic reports and format the output according to client specifications or requirements
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects within the department
- Perform audit functions within the department
- Take responsibility for the operational stability and performance of the billing system and processes, ensuring that the customer journey for billing aligns with the company's brand
- Ensure accurate billing for services ordered, and consistency in changes, modifications, and disconnects with the business platform
- Maintain strong communication channels with all internal customers and partners whose responsibilities are impacted by the billing systems
- Detect billing process errors, make appropriate corrections, and resolve complex billing issues
- Maintain composure and customer focus while resolving challenging complaints
- Collaborate with individuals from other departments, including Customer Support, Sales, Data, and Voice Delivery.

Job Description
As a Billing Analyst, you will take charge of handling and analyzing daily billing cases originating from both retail and wholesale customers.
