- Corporate Title: Appraisal Associate
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Maintain a comprehensive database for real estate/auto appraisal and TVR requests.
- Record and encode pertinent details for each requested account.
- Screen each request to determine document completeness and distribute them to assigned appraisers.
- Monitor titles for verification filed at the Banks LRA Kiosk to ensure timely retrieval within agreed turnaround time (TAT).
- Utilize the prepared database as a monitoring tool to track the status of each account.
- Ensure requests are serviced promptly within the agreed TAT.
- Holds a bachelor's degree from a college or university.
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related capacity.
- Demonstrates above-average communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Exhibits a trainable attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
