- Preparing test reports such as mill certificates, chemical and mechanical test reports, and internal calibration reports
- Handling records management and IMS document control in coordination with the Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist
- Updating QA database in coordination with other QA Staff
- Preparing general office correspondence, billing, purchasing requisitions, and other documents
- Preparing statistical reports, graphs, historical data and consumption reports as required
- Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in administrative or document control functions preferred
- Ability to process information, including compiling, coding, recording, storing, calculating, tabulating, or maintaining it in written or electronic form
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, management of files and records, and other office procedures
- Practical knowledge of applied statistics and mathematics preferred
- Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
