    Job Purpose:
    (A short statement that outlines why the job exists, its impact & influence to the

    organization)

    Responsible for receiving seafarer and family requests/queries/complaints, monitor and

    follow up (when necessary), and give feedback to the seafarer/family until closure of the

    request/query/complaint.

    Responsible in updating, coordination, reaching out to seafarers and family on a regular

    basis.

    Performs other functions as support to Crewing or participates in ad-hoc projects as may be

    assigned from time to time.

    achievement of the Section's/Department's targets/goals/objectives)


    Qualification, Skills and Personal Attributes:

    • Must have experience in Maritime Industry
    • Requires basic / working functional knowledge of the assigned job.
    • Requires 13 years relevant experience or specialized training.
    • Incumbent is expected to have an experience on crew management
    • Incumbent must have solid background and knowledge on
    business/industry, with in-depth understanding of its strategies and

    operations; strong leadership, management and communication skills.
