    Job Summary:
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Developer. The Land Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of land for various construction projects.

    The day-to-day tasks include surveying and evaluating land, preparing reports, designing land-use plans, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and managing construction projects.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFilipino-ChineseProficiency in land development and managementKnowledge in environmental regulations and construction codesProject management skills and experienceProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    Excellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related fieldFamiliarity with GIS and other mapping software is a plus.

    5+ years of experience in land development and managementWith solid experience in estate corporation, real estate industryAbility to handle multiple tasks independently with minimum supervision and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment while continuing to provide highly responsive and diligent service/outputEnglish can be used as the working language but can speak and write with Mandarin or fookienHigh level of integrity and strong work ethic
