- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles for non-clinical roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a non-clinical or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and online sourcing methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proactive attitude, with a passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
