    QUALIFICATIONS:
    *At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist*Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls*Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications*Excellent written and spoken English communication skills*A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail*Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment*Effective organizational and time management skills*Willing to work on-site in Makati


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    *Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English*Improve the quality of customer interactions daily*Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people*Able to work independently with minimal supervision Summary of role requirements:*Flexible hours available*1 year of relevant work experience required for this role*Working rights required for this role*Expected salary: ₱28,000 per month
