- Oversee tax functions primarily performed by tax staff.
- Manage and mentor members of the tax team and the associated work products.
- Manage and review international income tax provision(s) and related calculation(s) in accordance with our internal controls framework. This includes but is not limited to preparation and/or review of: international tax packages, return to provisions, deferred tax asset realizability models, uncertain tax position analyses, and provision computations and analysis in OneSource Tax Provision. This is required to assist the Company with timely filing accurate financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission and complete the external audit.
- Oversight and review (where applicable) of global transfer pricing documentation. This is required to assist the Company with income tax compliance requirements, timely filing of accurate financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and complete the external audit.
- Assist with other global tax department special projects as needed. This may include: intercompany transactions, permanent establishment issues, audit inquiries, withholding tax inquiries/issues, tax due diligence, impairment testing, and tax planning. This is required to ensure the Tax Department supports business initiatives.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required, Master of Tax preferred
- OneSource Tax Provision experience, preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to utilize project management to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other tax team members.
- Big 4 experience
- 5 – 8 years' experience in corporate income tax, required
- Strong analytical ability
