    PROJECT SCOPE:
    Crew Reimbursements & Invoice ProcessingA.

    POSITION SUMMARYThis position will validate and track expenses for crew and vendor reimbursement as well as process invoices to release the funds.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    a. Review supporting documentation for expenses to ensure accuracy, validity, and that they meet the criteria for payment.b. Communicate any issues or discrepancies with crew members and/or vendors. c. Track submissions.d. Validate and process invoices in our invoice processing system.e. Provide status reports to management.f. Additional tasks as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    a. College Degree with an emphasis on finance, data entry, or administrative experience.b. Ability to organize and administrate a busy office environment.c. Ability to speak and read English fluently at an intermediate or advanced level. d. A self-starter, with a great sense of urgency.e. Cooperative with flexible personality.f. Computer skills necessary to accomplish requirements of position including MS excel processing, related facility software and internet research tools.g.

    Fast learner and adaptable, collaborator, team player and understands the role is a service role supporting the overall success of expense management.h.

    Highly developed organizational skills and ability to follow-through with organized tasks. Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
