    Stella Maris Partners is a Mexican VC/PE fund established in 2012 with a focus on impact investing. We seek to invest in companies with high-growth potential that generate a positive impact on society, particularly in the sectors of health, education, and technology. With over 35 investments to date spanning Mexico, the U.S., Spain, and other Latin American countries, we have recently launched our 5th fund in the Philippines to initiate investments in the Southeast Asian region.

    As our fund and team continue to expand, we are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Manila to oversee the operations of our projects, including: (1) a social development project, and (2) the property management of some real state.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the social development project
    • Manage real estate remodeling projects, overseeing on-site activities and coordinating with local service providers
    • Handle office management duties (Philippine Stock Exchange Tower)
    • Act as a liaison between SMP Mexico and SMP Asia, handling in-person tasks such as delivering documents to our lawyers, direct communication with startup founders, etcetera
    • And any other specific related tasks as needed

    Requirements

    • Experience in roles such as personal assistant, admin, or project management
    • Can be a student close to graduation or up to 5 years of full-time experience
    • Basic English proficiency
    • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
