    ANNUAL BONUSJOB SUMMARYThe role of a Banking Relations Officer involves submitting Daily Transaction Report to Accounting Managerwith photocopy and scanned supporting documents, formulate Daily Bank Reconciliation Report for allCASA and weekly for all other accounts to Treasury Manager, negotiation and Acquisition of creditline/loans from bank partners, preparation of payment plans for credits lines and loans, formulation ofFunding Requirement Plan based on approved budget, Processing of all payments for loans thruDigibanker or check, and people management.

    o Develop and maintain strongrelationships with the company'spartner banks.o Serve as the primary point ofcontact between the companyand its banking partners.o Stay informed about the latestbanking products, services, andindustry trends.o Negotiate and review bankingagreements, ensuring favorableterms and conditions.

    Banking Transactions:

    o Oversee all banking transactions,including deposits, withdrawals, andfund transfers.o Ensure compliance with bankingregulations and internal policies.o Review and authorize electronicpayments and wire transfers.


    Negotiation and Contract Management:
    o Negotiate terms and conditions withbanks to secure favorable agreements.o Review and manage contracts withbanking service providers.


    Internal Process Coordination:


    o Collaborate with internal departments,such as Accounting, Accounts Payable,and Accounts Receivable, to ensureseamless financial operations.o Work closely with other Treasury teammembers to achieve overalldepartmental objectives.


    Banking Risk Management:


    o Identify and assess potential risksrelated to banking activities.o Develop and implement risk mitigationstrategies.o Stay informed about changes inregulatory requirements and industrybest practices.


    3Cost Management:
    o Negotiate competitive banking fees andservices.o Analyze and optimize banking costs toimprove overall financial efficiency.

    Work Experience:
    At least 3 years previous experience in treasurymanagement, banking, or finance.

    At least 1 year supervisory function under BankingRelations and Treasury departmentMust have handled at least 5 or more banks withkey relationship management, credit linefacilitation, and bank account maintenanceStrong understanding of banking products, services,and financial markets.


    Skills Required:
