    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESEnsure the company's treatment of employees is consitent with it's core business values and objective.
    Attention to detail, system oriented, organized and analyticalHandling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures an facilitating counseling in conjunction with the company's objective and labor standard'sInvestigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective mannercollating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and plocies to generate more postive outcomesParticipating in and/or leading projects focused on continuos improvementAble to resolve conflicts and manager grievanceAssisat in the development of HR,IR and ER protocols and regulations and compliances disciplinary actions including preparation of documents, investigations of any offense scheduling of hearingsserves as officer for compliance and discipline in correlation of validation and consolidation pf personnel performance evaluationAssist the immediate head in terms of contract managementAny assigned tasks in relation to HRQUALIFICATIONSA BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN HR LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS LAW OR OTHER RELEVANT DISCIPLINE IS REQUIREDAT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE AS EMPLOYEE RELATIONS POSITIONFLUENCY IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN IS ESSENTIALSTRONG PERSONALITY EXPERT CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLIMPECCABLE TRUSTWORTHTINESS AND DISCRETION
