    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Several years of experience in employee relations or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
    • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
    • Can start asap and willing to be assigned in Quezon city
