    bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives.
    ï'· Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs.
    ï'· Help with analysis of Talent Acquisition data, metrics, and candidate information for better
    targeting and Talent Acquisition process effectiveness that leads to improved performance.
    ï'· Maintains and Updates the Recruitment database;
