    We are looking for a skilled Assistant Recruitment Manager who have strong recruitment background and has knowledge with other functions of HR.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and doing the full cycle recruitment
    • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
    • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
    • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
    • Assessing an applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development
    • Proven experience in Recruitment (8 to 10 years) with strong and solid background in full cycle recruitment
    • Knowledge of other HR functions (compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations) is a plus
    • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Strong ethics and reliability
    • Willing to work onsite at Ermita, Manila
