- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for IT, non-IT and office support positions.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology.
- Provides up to date reporting to Recruitment Manager and keep track of processed candidates
- Prepares assessment, feedback and recommendation for all shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure all open positions are being closed and filled on a timely manner and within the agreed budget
- Ensure all forms relative to recruitment, interviews are properly filled out and all recruitment processes and guidelines are being adhered
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements and business demands.
- Help in pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities, conduct interview combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) and provides a brief list of candidates, coordinates interviews.
- Assist in full coordination with the candidate, account SPOC and hiring manager on every scheduled interview.
- Send and monitor background check of candidates and ensure that full report are submitted to HR before start date of the employee
- Help in ensuring that all documents of confirmed candidates are complete and must be submitted before on boarding
- Other adhoc tasks that may require from time to time
