- Understand the needs of business and liase with respective Hiring Managers to know and get fully aware of the requirements, process, and other details necessary to find the right candidate for the specific requisitions.
- Write and post job description and qualifications on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels based on the details provided by the hiring manager.
- Partner with the best recruitment agencies and/or schools if needed.
- Screen candidates based on their profiles and provided resume and move forward to initial interview.
- Conduct initial interview with screened candidates and check if the candidate is within our technical and behavioral qualifications by assessing their working experience and personality.
- Endorsed qualified candidates to the hiring managers and schedule the next set of interviews based on their availability.
- Review feedback of interviewers and use as benchmarks for future hirings or schedule meeting with the hiring manager if the role has been opened for more than 60 days.
- Generate report to monitor movement of requisitions and submit to concerned manager for their reference and validation.
- Assist the chosen candidate and P&C in preparing supporting documents in salary analysis.
- Present and discuss with the chosen candidate the offer and negotiate if needed.
- Assist the candidate in his/her preparation of preboarding requirements.
- Inform NCS and concerned departments in the upcoming onboarding.
- Support regional requirements when needed which includes screening of candidates and endorsing to respective counterpart in SG.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment
- Knowledgeable in using Linkedin Recruiter and able to maximize the use of it in sourcing for candidates.
- Willing to learn further and has passion for tech and recruitment.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
