- Managing the team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruitment coordinators; ensuring that each team member over-achieve the expected KPIs set
- Partnering with hiring managers, human resources, new hire orientation, and IT teams to determine staffing needs
- Responsible for reporting key metrics, evaluating results, and initiating TA & Recruitment-related projects
- Looking out for new and innovative ways to promote our open positions in the APAC region (such as job boards, social media, events, etc.)
- Collaborating with Partner Operations to learn and understand client needs educate stakeholders in the recruitment process and identify process improvement opportunities
- Managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders with regard to recruitment and other related aspects
- Creating sourcing initiatives to increase candidate pipeline (ERP bonus, Coordinating with Various sourcing channels, job fairs, etc.)
- Staying current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment practices
- Handling full-cycle recruitment for internal positions such as executive and administrative positions
- Constantly looking for ways to improve the application and recruiting process
- Completing regular reports on progress toward hiring goals
- Managing a team of recruiters and constantly working on their development
- Being a reliable resource for different stakeholders in the company
- Working on process documents and policies alongside the Director of TA
- At least 5+ years of experience as a talent acquisition lead/sr recruiter and in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry; experience in managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals for at least 3+ years is a MUST
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Suite, Job Boards, and Applicant Tracking System
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and responsibilities are broad
- A service excellence mindset is a must

- Ability to negotiate contracts confidently and empathetically

About The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team and our global growth. This role focuses on managing the recruiters and their activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through different job boards and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. You will closely work with our Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers, Launch team, and Partner Success Managers to support recruitment needs through the full-cycle recruitment activities for various hires. We want to continue building a positive and thoughtful candidate experience, as well as being one of the initial touchpoints for our candidates.
The successful candidate should be highly organized and have great time management skills, a customer experience mentality, and the ability to roll up their sleeves when the time arrives.
