    Job Description:

    . Responsible for the end-to-end brand acquisition process: pitching, negotiating, vendor accreditation, and onboarding, for SBS (Service by Shopee), the company's warehousing and fulfillment services

    . Possess in-depth knowledge of vendor priorities, how to engage, negotiate and support

    . Liaise and cultivate relationships with key internal partners (Merchandising, Finance, Legal and Vendor Operations and Warehouse) and external stakeholders

    . Develop awareness of and provide insights from short- and long-term market trends, brand and seller perspectives and competitor dynamics - how they impact the business, and recommend initiatives accordingly

    . Conceptualize, execute, and track leads to acquire new brands for SBS

    . Make Shopee the destination of choice for customers and support the growth of SBS by onboarding vendors that can offer a wide variety of products that fit current buyer needs

    . Identify and acquire alternative suppliers and/or distributors of both existing and new brands to ensure the best selection of vendors in terms of product assortment, service, and profitability

    . Review contracts to ensure agreements are aligned with Shopee's

    Requirements:

    . Possesses a bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Legal Management, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant study

    . Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in end-to-end brand acquisition

    . E-commerce background is preferred

    . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    . Process-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

    . Proficient in Google Workspace tools, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel

    . Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
