    Senior Account Executive, The Philippines (Fintech)

    We are helping a global leader in Cognitive Banking and Fintech that uses AI to provide intelligent financial guidance to over 150 million customers monthly through partnerships with influential Tier #1 and Tier #2 financial institutions.

    We are seeking a senior professional to acquire new enterprise clients and drive high-value, multi-year SaaS deals with C-level executives at top-tier banks in the Philippines, leveraging the AI platform to enable customer engagement and ARR growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enterprise Account Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new Tier #1 & Tier #2 bank clients across The Philippines, focusing on winning high-value, multi-year SaaS and digital transformation contracts.
    • Account Growth & Expansion: Proactively drive expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
    • C-Level Strategic Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and C-1 decision-makers, acting as a consultative partner to influence their digital banking roadmaps.
    • Complex Solution Selling: Lead sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning the AI-powered personalization platform and managing internal cross-functional resources (Solution Consulting, Product, etc.) to deliver tailored value propositions.
    • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain a disciplined pipeline and sales process (e.g., MEDDIC), delivering accurate forecasts and revenue projections to ensure timely deal closure.
    • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of The Philippines banking market, competitive dynamics, and regulatory trends to provide strategic feedback to global product and marketing teams.
    • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, panels, and client workshops to reinforce the brand's reputation as a thought leader in humanized digital banking.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation solutions, with a specific focus on Tier #1 and Tier #2 banks.
    • Proven track record of consistently closing multi-million ARR deals in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
    • Established network and deep relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level/C-1) within The Phillippines financial institutions.
    • Deep domain expertise in digital banking trends, AI-driven personalization, and customer engagement technologies.
    • Proficiency in consultative and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and disciplined pipeline management using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
    • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including the ability to build compelling ROI cases and navigate complex procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
    • Willingness to travel across the ASEAN region (~20–30%) to support market activities and client engagement.
