- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development of a high-performing Inside Sales PDS & Enrollment team
- Drive acquisition and enrollment of new practices across multiple healthcare specialties
- Own key sales metrics including enrollment rates, purchase volume per provider, and account growth
- Deliver data-driven coaching through call listening, QA insights, and performance reviews
- Develop and refine consultative sales training programs
- Leverage Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau, and analytics tools for reporting and growth insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, QA, and Client Leadership
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Capture and communicate Voice of the Customer insights
- Lead monthly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Travel between Manila and Cebu hubs as needed
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Sales Management, Financial Services, or consultative inside sales
- At least 3 years of direct people management experience
- Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Experience leading within complex or consultative sales environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting and functionality
- Willingness to work night shift schedule
- Willingness to work hybrid (onsite at least once monthly)
- Willingness to travel between Manila and Cebu
- Open for folks from Manila that are willing to relocate at their own expense
- Experience in dental, medical, financial services, or marketing sales sectors
- Strong finance and business acumen
- Experience working remotely and leading distributed teams
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales coaching
- Lead a nationally impactful sales function from the Philippines
- Drive measurable growth across high-value healthcare markets

This role supports a growing national inside sales organization focused on driving enrollment and purchase volume growth across diverse healthcare specialties including dental, veterinary, cosmetic, vision, audiology, and specialty practices.
You'll collaborate with senior sales leadership and cross-functional partners to accelerate business growth through data-driven strategy and strong people leadership.
About the Role
Reporting to the SVP, Operations, with a dotted line to the VP, Inside Sales, you will lead a remote team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists (PDS) and Enrollment Specialists based in Manila and Cebu.
This is a hybrid role with at least once-a-month onsite work requirement and flexibility for remote leadership.
You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and driving performance across a consultative sales model — turning opportunities into measurable enrollment and revenue growth.
