Be part of our JP Morgan Wealth Management Team as an Invest Servicing Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

As a JP Morgan Wealth Management- Invest Servicing Sr. Specialist III within our client services team, you will be tasked with receiving and resolving inquiries and complaints from both clients and advisors. Working under minimal direct supervision, you will be responsible for handling the most complex client and advisor issues. Your role will involve responding to questions and complaints, conducting research, maintaining records of problems and their resolutions, and escalating issues to the appropriate department within established timeframes. You will also be expected to assist clients and advisors with various functions including but not limited to Advisor Service Center - Broker, Managed, 529, and Beneficiary Services as needed. Your duties and tasks will be mostly non-routine, requiring experience for successful completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of each caller while empathizing and prioritizing client/advisor needs
• Resolve conflicts and manage client/advisor expectations
• Determine caller's needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with both external and internal customers
• Document account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Engage in interactive dialogue through active listening
• Exercise independent judgment and think critically
• Pay attention to detail
• Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
• Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
• Conduct research as needed

• Has knowledge of customer industry and the competitive environment
• Has knowledge of customer business and portfolio of products and services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
