    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a high-level Social Media & Content Specialist to transform raw video footage into a strategic, multi-platform content engine. This role goes beyond editing—you'll be a digital strategist, optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions while turning viewers into loyal subscribers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Video Production & Repurposing

      • Edit one high-quality, long-form YouTube tutorial weekly, ensuring clarity, storytelling, and viewer retention.

      • Create 3–5 short-form clips from each long-form video for Instagram, Facebook, and Reels.

      • Design eye-catching thumbnails and incorporate B-roll or on-screen text to illustrate concepts.

    • Social Media & Audience Engagement

      • Monitor and respond to all comments within the first 24 hours to maximize algorithmic reach.

      • Actively engage with the community to foster a mentorship-focused, interactive experience.

    • CRM & Email Marketing

      • Manage email workflows and automations within GoHighLevel (or similar CRM).

      • Format and schedule weekly newsletters and nurture sequences to drive traffic from social media to programs.



    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Experience:

      • Video Editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut): 4+ years

      • Social Media Management (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook): 3+ years

      • CRM/Email Tools (GoHighLevel or equivalent): 2+ years

      • Graphic Design (thumbnails, social assets): 2+ years

    • Skills:

      • Native-level English proficiency

      • Deep understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)

      • Ability to edit for retention with fast cuts, captions, and engaging hooks

      • Experience setting up email automations and CRM workflows
