- Acts as Project Lead for local IT system projects.
- Designs new system functionality through collaboration with the development team.
- Assists business partners in implementing new functionality.
- Consults with users and gathers, analyses, and prioritizes their problems and requirements.
- Analyze requests and develop system requirements from workflow charts or diagrams to support business processes.
- Consults with department heads and business process teams to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required.
- Manages system requirements including prioritization and coordination with representatives from other business units.
- Tests computer software, tracks bugs and coordinates end user testing.
- Compiles documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
- Coordinates version control and Release Notice communication with users.
- Provides second level support to users thru IT ticketing system.
