    Job Requirements
    Understand proposal briefs and the design requirements of clients / team leads / stakeholders

    Develop impactful concepts, creative handle and visual storytelling for sales proposals

    Take on diverse types of design projects using different tools available â Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/UX design tools, MS PowerPoint and Word

    Produce sales proposal designs in various formats â website, interactive PDF, PowerPoint, Word

    Collaborate with stakeholders in driving the sales proposal forward and making it succeed

    Complete and deliver the design requirements based on high standards of excellence

    Work and design fast and efficiently with very minimal supervision

    Deliver output according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    Work according to established production flow and process tools of the Sales Proposal Team

    Able to review or quality check own and peerâs design work

    Ensure good, direct stakeholder relationship and management

    Regularly coordinate with the Sales Proposal Team and provide updates on project progress

    Manage time and workload to accommodate revisions that require quick turnaround


    Preferred Qualifications
    Degree/certificate in Multimedia Arts / Fine Arts / Advertising / Digital Marketing / Communication Arts or any relevant discipline

    10-15 years of experience in Print and UI/UX design as a design lead, including at least 5 years as an Art Director in an Advertising / Marketing / Digital Media / similar company

    Able to develop design strategies, concepts boards and other pre-production elements, and should be able to confidently articulate own creative process and design thinking to foreign stakeholders

    Experience working on corporate communications

    Background in sales and bid proposals

    Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Interactive Acrobat)

    Mastery of creating designs and layouts in MS PowerPoint and Word

    Mastery of UI/UX design and valuable knowledge of HTML, CSS and similar digital programming

    Impressive design portfolio that showcases creative and conceptual designs for corporate communications, demonstrated through significant multi-page layouts in the format of web design, PowerPoint and InDesign

    Highly experienced in direct client communication

    Creative, analytical and strategic in design approach

    Reliable technical skills and can work on designs with efficiency

    Can think on his/her feet and execute requirements with a sense of urgency

    Stickler for day-to-day deadlines

    High attention to the details of work processes and project management

    Very flexible in carrying out diverse design projects

    Has a good command of the English language

    Able to handle client expectations with very minimal supervision

    Willing to work on European shift â 3pm-12mn (Manila)
