- Demonstrates proven leadership experience, having spent at least 3 years guiding a design team.
- Possesses proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Showcases a comprehensive portfolio that highlights skills in web and graphic design, user-centered design, and visual storytelling.
- Exhibits an excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, web standards, and responsive design along with strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
