    Overview
    Recruitment Team Lead will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the assigned functional teams (one or more account managers/executives and clients) recruiting process and output. This includes managing productivity, work quality and delivery of entire recruiting lifecycle for all in-scope client and account requirements. This role will be accountable to the client's and ECLARO's internal measurable performance expectations.

    As the Recruitment Team Lead at ECLARO, you will have the exciting opportunity to oversee the performance and development of functional teams, comprising account managers/executives and clients. Your responsibilities will encompass managing productivity, enhancing work quality, and orchestrating the entire recruitment lifecycle for all assigned client and account requirements. You'll be accountable for meeting both client and internal performance expectations, driving excellence at every step.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Process and Productivity management
    • Oversee daily productivity of the functional team members. Ensures coverage on all job requirements, and re-assigns requirements as needed
    • Data analytics - consistently interprets, monitors and improve metrics to ensure productivity targets are being met. Establish and implement action plans to address performance issues
    • Assists Talent Delivery Manager in defining measurable goals and objectives, SLA's and KPI's
    • Support functional team's recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding activities as needed
    • Recommend improvements to functional team's recruiting strategies, processes, organizational structure, etc. to maximize the team's productivity and quality of client deliverables
    • Job Posting and Sourcing: Assist in posting job openings across multiple platforms Collaborate with Talent Delivery Manager or Director to gather comprehensive job descriptions.
    • People management
    • People management - conducts 1:1 coaching/mentoring to all direct subordinates. Timekeeping approver
    • Work with support functions, i.e. Training & Development, QA, Reporting, BI and other relevant department to ensure that the functional team has the necessary skills and tools to effectively carry out their daily responsibilities
    • Manage activities related to regularization, promotion and termination activities along with HR, the Talent Delivery Manager and relevant company stakeholders (as needed)
    • Ensure functional team's adherence to all department and company policies, procedures, code of conduct, etc.
    • Stakeholder management
    • Assists with Talent Delivery Manager, Executive committee and Account managers to perform proper forecasting for future functional team resource needs based upon client and other business requirements
    • Active participation in client calls, as necessary, at the account manager/executive's request
    • Perform adhoc tasks as assigned'
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other relevant courses is preferred
    • Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience: minimum of 8 years – full end to end recruitment cycle
    • Supervisory or management experience: minimum of 3 years
    • Headhunting, Agency and US Technical Recruiting experience is a plus
    • Understanding of the end to end recruiting process, including performance of Talent mapping and market research activities
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Data driven, able to understand and explain trends based on operations perspective
    • Experience using an applicant tracking system (Job Diva is a plus)
    • Experience using social media tools for sourcing and recruiting purposes (i.e. LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.)
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
    • Agile and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, high-pressure environment'
