Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate/Manager (BDA/BDM) with a proven track record in end-to-end business development, particularly within the recruitment and call center sectors. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact on our company's expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and call center industries.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and exceed their expectations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end business development, with a focus on recruitment and call center sectors.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Australian BDM or client experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
