- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and proactive prospecting.
- Utilize remote sales techniques to influence senior-level decision-makers and articulate tailored solutions.
- Research and identify potential targets, leveraging tools like sales navigator.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and manage them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with regional teams to plan and execute outbound demand generation activities.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, track prospect information, and adhere to sales and marketing processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a high call rate to meet/exceed meeting and opportunity targets.
- Manage schedules, participate in proposal preparation, and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Organize marketing events, oversee digital marketing efforts, and ensure the company website reflects current offerings and messaging.
- Utilize marketing and sales automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Occasionally work outside standard business hours, including evenings, to support activities in other time zones.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a software company, focusing on business development for technology solutions, application software, or web-hosted products, preferably CRM or ERP solutions such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar B2B Sales and Marketing automation required, including implementing and managing processes for maximum productivity.
- Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS/technology, and/or retail technology industries highly desirable.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong influencing skills through written and verbal communication, including telephone.
- Proficiency in presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
