    Qualifications

    • Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Food Tech., Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary Arts or equivalent

    6 months or more work experience, preferably from hotel and/or restaurant industry
    • Thorough experience in hot and cold food preparation
    • Can cook European breads pastries/local breads, native delicacies
    • Have a skills of variety of production preparation and artistically inclined.
    • Can handle various pastry machines
    • Flexibility to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and Holidays
    • Can start ASAP
    • Willing to work in Silang, Cavite

    Job Description

    • Provides the restaurant and tee houses with freshly baked products.
    • Checks weekend buffet menus and its bakery requirements.
    • Ensures that all breads, cakes and pastries display are properly presented.
    • Forwards recipes on all bakeshop and menu items for costing purposes.
    • Records spoilages.
    • Recycles left over if necessary.
    • Checks daily inventory requisition.
    • Keeps all baking equipment in good condition, reports any wear and tear of all baking equipment.
    • Performs other related tasked that may be assigned by the superiors.
