    Responsibility
     Perform 2nd level ERP Internal Controls support to other ERP teams and end users through Connect / ServiceNow and adhoc requests.
     Provide assistance to other teams in the Manila Delivery Center that would need IFS access.
     Assist ERP implementation project with user creation, permission set assignment and updates.
     Design and realize permission set updates in ERP and follow Change Management process.
     Perform user administration, permission set and base profile deployment in ERP.
     Execute data migration jobs for IFS to support in user administration including but not limited to site move activities and project go-lives.
     Support with and perform unit and functional testing of security changes in ERP.
     Perform and ensure compliance of SoX controls and reports for ERP Internal Controls team.
     Assist other ERP teams with their SoX control requirements.
     Collect information and report against ERP Internal Controls related KPIs.
     Ensure that ERP Internal Controls has proper SOP documentation, and that documentation is constantly updated.

    SKILLS REQUIRED & PREFERRED
    Technical Skills
     Min.5years of experience working with IT for a multinational organization.
     Min.2 years hands-on practical experience with user and role management in IFS. If no experience with IFS, min. 3 years of hands-on practical experience with user and role management in SAP ECC.
     Good knowledge about Change Management processes within ERP environments.
     Knowledge of SoX controls in ERP systems is a definite plus.
     Basic knowledge in writing and executing PL/SQL scripts and queries.
     Basic knowledge about Oracle Database management is an advantage.
     ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation knowledge is a plus.
