We areseeking a talented Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Participate in training programs to continuously expand your knowledge and skills
What we're looking for
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate preferably with at least 6 months Call Center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
